Meet, Erika Ferri our Vice President of Business Transformation who is celebrating her 17th year this month at The Edge Fitness Clubs! Erika started back in 2007 as a Membership Advisor in the Milford Mall kiosk! Over the course of a few years, she transitioned into various management roles as the General Manager of Milford, Norwalk, Hamden, Fairfield and Orange. Following her role as a GM, Erika became an Area Director, overseeing multiple locations in Connecticut, working with staff on development, instilling the Edge culture and core values. Over the last year, she has fulfilled the roles of Vice President, Clubs and now currently Vice President, Business Transformation where she works with Operations, and serves as a cross functional leader with all departments including Sales, Fitness, Operations and Edge Kids. She is a true leader and her experience continues to bring so much value to our company. Erika- thank you so much for all you do for The Edge Fitness Clubs! #WomensHistoryMonth
